►食材/Ingredients 雞腿 500g / Chicken drumstick 500g 紅蘿蔔 1個 / Carrot 1 土豆 1個 / Potato 1 紅薯粉100g / Sweet potato noodles 100g 洋蔥 1個 / Onion 1 大蔥一根,取蔥白部分 / One green onion (white part) 姜 3片 / Ginger 3 slices 黑胡椒粉 1 tsp / Black pepper powder 1 tsp 生抽 3 tbsp / Soy sauce 3 tbsp 料酒 1 tbsp / Cooking wine 1 tbsp 蒜泥 1 tbsp / Garlic 1 tbsp 鍋里放少許油,幾片姜。放入雞腿,中火煎。放入洋蔥、大蔥,生抽、料酒,翻炒均勻。拌入黑胡椒粉和蒜泥,注入開水燒開。放入紅蘿蔔、土豆,悶煮10分鐘。放入粉絲,煮10分鐘,開鍋即食。 Put a little oil and a few slices of ginger in the pot, add chicken legs and fry over medium heat.
