食材:500 五花肉,2顆馬鈴薯,紅蔥頭150克 蒜50克,1勺豆瓣醬,1勺老抽,馬六甲椰糖25克,1碗清水
1)肉切塊,沸水加入料酒汆燙2分鐘 2)紅蔥頭&蒜分開攪碎備用 3)馬鈴薯去皮切塊,熱鍋煎至金黃色撈出備用 4)鍋留底油,爆香紅蔥頭,後再把蒜末也一起爆香;倒入五花肉一起翻炒均勻 5)加入1勺豆瓣醬,1勺老抽繼續翻炒,後再加入馬六甲椰糖25克一起炒至溶化,加一碗清水,把馬鈴薯也倒入 6)把煮好的pongteh放入氣壓鍋煮30分鐘,就好啦❤️
