超級簡單的紅糖發糕,一次就能成功,蓬鬆暄軟不粘牙

食材:80克紅糖,200毫升溫水,1顆雞蛋,3克酵母粉,300克普通麵粉,少許食用油

做法: 1⃣️溫水將紅糖化開,打入一顆雞蛋,放入酵母攪拌均勻,篩入麵粉,攪拌至順滑,發酵至2倍高,大約2小時 2⃣️醒發好,攪一攪排氣,模具塗上食用油,麵糊倒入模具,2次醒發15分鐘 3⃣️水開後蒸25分鐘,關火燜5分鐘就好了❤️
