Ingredients 材料 : - Rice flour 粘米粉 125g - Tapioca flour 木薯粉 55g - Caster sugar 細砂糖 45g - Salt 鹽 1 /2 tsp - Coconut milk 椰漿170ml - Pandan juice 香蘭汁 100ml - Purple sweet potato juice 紫薯汁 120ml - Taro 芋頭 450g
Pan size (diameter) 蒸盤尺寸(直徑) 14mm Greased with steaming paper lined at the bottom 底部塗油鋪上蒸紙
Divide batter into two portions 將麵糊分成兩份 180g & 220g
