做法:
1)豬肉切片,加入1勺清水,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,半勺鹽,1勺玉米澱粉,1勺食用油,腌制10分鐘,備用
2)把青椒、大蒜切好備用
3)熱鍋熱油,爆香大蒜&青椒;再加入腌制好的肉片,翻炒均勻變白,加1勺料酒,少許鹽,少許雞精,1勺蚝油,1勺生抽就可以出鍋啦❤️
